Description: A very large and colorfully detailed map in six sheets. Includes "List of the several geological groups in this map." Mounted on linen, with printed label mounted on the outside of each folded sheet: James Wyld, successor to Mr. Faden, geographer to His Majesty The separate Memoir by Greenbough is located in the same area as the map in L-2 LF. The accompanying Memoir has been inserted in gray paper covers, with title-label, possibly from original wrapper Table of geological groups. Prime meridian: GM. Relief: hachures. Graphic Scale: Miles. Projection: Cylindrical. Printing Process: Lithography.
